I registered an account but why am I unable to sign in?
The CDcovers.to database also contains link to other website where you can download covers. Sometimes these sites require signing in for cover download. Please check that you register and try to sign in on the right website.

Why are some of my covers declined?
Your uploaded covers can be declined due to bad quality or invalid or incomplete information. If you think the quality is sufficient please move the declined uploads to new, complete the information and submit again for approval.
